Strategically located in the Port of Rotterdam, our terminal offers seven berths, including a 420-metre sea jetty with two berths for both seagoing vessels and inland barges, and five additional barge berths. With 530,000 m³ of storage capacity, we provide efficient handling and storage of biofuels, clean petroleum products and bitumen.

The first liquid bulk handling activities started in 2011. HBTT doubled its capacity in 2017. In 2018 the bitumen site was added to HBTT. In 2019 HBTT added six more tanks, to reach ~530,000 cbm today. One of the most environmentally friendly tank terminals in the world, and the first in the Netherlands to hold ISO 28001 certification.

Around 75 colleagues keep HBTT running 24/7, focused on delivering maximum service levels whilst having with constant attention to safety and the environment.
