"I started at HES as HSSE Officer in June 2020. I am mainly focussed on reporting, processes and the digitization thereof. I already had experience in business processes and IT, but still knew little about HSSE. Fortunately, my colleagues were willing to explain everything I needed to know. The combination of the freedom and responsibility to carry out projects myself, in combination with the support from my colleagues, is a great experience.
